Do I need to have an account to order?

No, you can also place an order as a guest. However, there are some perks if you have an account with us:

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

Are there any exchange rates?

All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

Security

How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved.
Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

Shipping

How do I set my shipping address?

Since our website and service are based in English, all information that you type in is required to be in English input method, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain non-English letters, you are advised to use similar English equivalents instead. For example, you may change letter "Γ§" to "c".

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacation address, as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will hold the package.
Note: If you wish to change your address, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Once the goods have completed customs clearance, we will be unable to change the address or cancel the order.

How long does shipping take & how can I track my package?

The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website.

Pricing

Why are your prices so low?

Our products come from factory stock in China. As we all know, Chinese factories have massive production capacity, which inevitably results in some unsold inventory (with minor imperfections). With years of business connections in China, we secure first-hand sources directly from factories.
To quickly recoup capital, factories sell these products to us at cost price. Inventory is limitedβ€”approximately 200 units per batch. Items are promptly delisted once sold out.
Not everyone in this world can afford products costing thousands of dollars. Our products reach global markets, including some developing countries where a few dozen dollars may represent a week's living expenses. That's why we've committed to selling at the lowest possible cost price across our entire store.
Rest assured, our latest batch of goods was packed at the port last night and is ready to be shipped worldwide!
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us anytime to apply for a return. Please do not worry, as we are also regulated by the platform.
