1. Order Processing & Craftsmanship Timeline

  • Bespoke Engraving: As each piece is personalized by hand with precision, please allow a dedicated preparation window of 24 to 48 hours.

  • Confirmation: Once your masterpiece has been dispatched, you will receive a formal confirmation email containing your unique tracking credentials.

2. Global Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

We partner with world-class logistics leaders to ensure secure delivery across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom:

  • Complimentary Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 to 8 business days. (Free on all eligible orders).

  • Priority Express (DHL / FedEx): For urgent acquisitions, we offer an express concierge option with a delivery window of 3 to 5 business days. (Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout).

  • Note: Delivery timelines commence from the moment the package departs our workshop.

  • Security & Signature: For high-value acquisitions, a signature may be required upon delivery to guarantee secure, in-person reception.

  • Customs & Duties: Our pricing is generally inclusive of taxes for major regions. However, should exceptional international customs fees arise, these remain the responsibility of the client.

  • Address Accuracy: To ensure a seamless delivery, please verify that your shipping address is complete and precise. Casazzen cannot be held responsible for misdeliveries resulting from incorrect address input.
