1. Bespoke & Personalized Items (Engraving)

In accordance with international consumer protection laws, items that have been personalized, monogrammed, or engraved specifically to your requirements are considered final sale.

  • Policy: Custom-engraved articles cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or an error in the engraving made by our artisans.

  • Commitment: We double-check every custom detail to ensure it aligns perfectly with your vision before it leaves our workshop.

2. Returns & Exchanges (Non-Personalized Products)

If you have purchased a non-personalized item and are not entirely satisfied, you are entitled to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused condition, accompanied by all initial packaging, tags, and protective covers.

3. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Details: Provide your order number and the reason for the return (please attach high-resolution photos if the product is defective).

  3. Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with the designated return address.

  • Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, except in cases where the item received is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed immediately and will be credited to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your financial institution.

5. Defective Items or Engraving Errors

Your absolute satisfaction is our priority. If we have committed an error in your custom engraving or if the leather exhibits a major structural defect:

  • We will arrange a complimentary replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs.
